Advanced Equipment and Strict Testing

We operate more than 30 production lines for welded steel gratings and press lock gratings. Our advanced equipment, coupled with skilled workers, ensures low production loss, high efficiency, and cost-effective products.

The production process includes welding machines, cutting machines, and grinding equipment. The welding machines create welded steel gratings, while cutting machines trim the gratings to size, and workers bend the side plates as needed.

All steel gratings undergo rigorous supervision through a strict quality control system, adhering to both international standards and our enterprise test flow. We conduct various tests, including cross bar diameter, bearing bar diameter, and pitch tests, to ensure that every product our customers receive is of the highest quality, with excellent performance and packaging.
